About Us

Strength, Community, and Purpose

Stallion Fitness was built from the ground up, not just as a gym, but as a place of opportunity, resilience, and respect. Founded by Sean Antwan, a Chaldean American who immigrated to the U.S. after years of hardship, Stallion is a reflection of his journey and the values that carried him forward: hard work, family, and the pursuit of health.

What began as free outdoor classes and one-on-one training during the early days of COVID-19 has now grown into a full-service private gym with locations in El Cajon and La Mesa. Every inch of the space was designed with care and state-of-the-art equipment, certified personal trainers, and a no-judgment atmosphere where members feel safe, respected, and motivated.

We're proud to offer memberships, personal training, and a curated selection of supplements through our in-house Stallion Shop But above all, we're proud to be part of a fitness community that uplifts each other and makes health a priority; regardless of where you start.
