We intentionally cap class sizes to avoid overcrowding. Our coaches are active in every session, correcting form, managing pacing, and helping everyone train hard and smart. If you've ever been in a class that felt chaotic or repetitive, you'll feel the difference immediately.

Fitness Classes, Not Fads

We don't rotate workouts randomly or follow trendy templates. Every week is built around a training cycle that focuses on skill development, work capacity, and proper movement. You'll know what you're working toward, and you'll see progress because of it.

Strength blocks include barbell lifts, dumbbell work, and bodyweight drills. Conditioning elements use bikes, sleds, kettlebells, and more. All paced to your ability. You won't be asked to keep up with someone else, you'll be coached to move better at your own level.

You don't have to be in shape to join a class. Our group training is designed to meet you where you're at. We have members in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond. Some are just starting out. Some have trained for years. But they all come to Stallion for the same thing, a place to get better.

Every class includes modifications and alternate movements if you're nursing an injury, building confidence, or just getting your footing. No one gets left behind. You train at your level with coaching that actually helps.

Class Access and Membership Options

Group training is included with our Fitness Plus Membership, which offers unlimited classes, full gym access, and free InBody scans. If you're not ready to commit, you can drop in anytime for $15 a class. We also offer packages and seasonal class passes. Ask at the front desk.

You can attend classes at either our El Cajon or La Mesa locations. Schedules vary slightly at each location, so check the latest schedule on the board or contact us directly for times.

Some of our members like to mix in one-on-one sessions alongside group classes. That might mean working on specific lifts, dialing in technique, or getting a more personalized push a few times a month. You can always add personal training to any membership plan.
