Who Is Personal Training For

You don't have to be in shape to get started, you just have to show up. Whether you're new to working out or returning after a long break, personal training is the best way to restart with confidence. Many of our clients are looking for more than a gym membership. They want structure, support, and someone to keep them focused each week.

We work with people who want to:

We offer personal training in two formats: one-on-one coaching and partner training. You can start with a single session or commit to a full package at a discounted rate. Our plans are flexible and designed to work with your schedule.

    12 sessions: $65 each
    24 sessions: $60 each

What to Expect in Your First Session

Starting personal training can feel intimidating, especially if you've never worked with a coach. That's why our first session focuses on movement, not max effort. We assess your posture, flexibility, coordination, and strength. Then we build a plan from there.

You'll leave that first session with a clearer understanding of what your body needs, how your trainer can help, and what the road ahead will look like. It's a low-pressure environment designed to give you answers and momentum.

Train With Coaches Who Care

The Training Environment

The atmosphere of a gym matters. Our facilities are designed to give you room to train, equipment that works, and a space that feels like it's yours. Both El Cajon and La Mesa locations are clean, well-maintained, and never overbooked. We schedule personal training sessions with enough space so you're not competing for equipment or rushed through your sets.

You'll find everything from squat racks and free weights to machines and cardio equipment. You can warm up, train, and cool down all in one space. We've designed this for people who take their progress seriously, and those who don't need the intimidation of a commercial gym.

Combine Personal Training with Membership

Most of our personal training clients also choose to sign up for one of our membership plans. That gives you access to the gym between your sessions, perfect for doing homework sets or following your trainer's plan on your own time. Our Fitness Plus membership includes full gym access, unlimited classes, and free InBody scans.

For those who want to stay flexible, we also offer drop-in passes and class-only access. Personal training can be added to any membership at any time. You're never locked into just one path.

Need something for recovery, hydration, or convenience? Our on-site shop is stocked with essentials like protein, pre-workout, apparel, and more. We carry what we use and recommend.
